Darksiders II is an action-adventure video game with a beat them all side developed by Vigil Games and published by THQ in 2012 on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U and Windows. Following an adventure parallel to the events of Darksiders of the first name, the player plays Mort (or Death in the English version), the oldest of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse. He evolves in an open, vast and dangerous world. The game was ported, in an improved version titled Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition, to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2015. A sequel titled Darksiders III was released in 2018
